I'm going blind!!!

I lost my yellow Lomolito!!!
And Kodak stopped producing Kodachrome!!
And Costco doesn't sell film anymore!!!!!

It was cheap there too. It was like 6 rolls of 400 iso for like $11.
The sadness.

I just hope film never dies. Digital could never replace it.

End of Junior Year

I could not have asked for a better way to close this school year.
Well, I woke up when at around 6:45, which is when I usually leave, so I skipped out on breakfast. But, that's where the bad stuff ends.

I breezed through school. It was pretty sad because it might be the last time I ever get to hang out with some of those groups as a whole.

After school, we (John and Jaine) rushed over to drop Jon and Nikki and rushed to Harkins. They got to see my sucky ass drive.

We saw up. It was amazing, definately lived up to the hype. If you haven't seen it yet, you really should.

We stopped by Jaine's mom's work to say hi, and then went bowling about two blocks down.

My entire lunch table group was there. That was fracking awesome.
I didn't bowl, but I watched and took some pictures. I hate bowling. I'm terrified that my fingers will get stuck and the ball will tear them off as it flies away.

But, Danica and I hung out in the arcade a bit.
We got this popper thingy, toy soldiers, and a racecar <--palindrome

After our hours were up, most of us went our separate ways. John, Jaine, and I went over to Souplantation. They survived, which means my driving can't be too bad right?
IMG_0106
John tried to sample every kind of soup, after eating a pile of salad and bread and such. That day, there were eight kinds. He got pretty close, and he didn't vomit in the car; I'll consider it a victory.

After eating, I picked up Javy and the four of us went went up to Jaine's house. There were sheep in the hill behind her house.

We shot up another hill and the park. It was pretty late by then. Darkness crept in from the far corner of the sky.

We hung out at her house for a bit. We watched John's GCs, and part of Taxi from 2004. That movie is pretty funny haha
The laughing gas scene was insane!

I love gloomy weather.

Graduation 2009

At the Citizen's Business Bank Arena.
The band played as usual, but the ceramony was pretty short.

Not as short as your pe-

I am going to miss those guys.
Lots of tearful hugging, though the fact that they graduated at an arena and NOT at the school field did kill the mood.
The whole thing was only about two hours. It's usually about four. They shortened the whole thing by cutting some important speeches out.

Pomp and Circumstance. I will never play it again.
Most people would be relieved because we normally play for about 40 minutes, though this time we only played for 15.
I am very saddened. We play the song so many times that I start to go on auto-pilot and look around. I see that most of the other musicians are doing the same, and I see the graduates walking around the track (this time, the arena) and I see families cheering.

I am ready to get the fuuuuuu out of high school, but at the same time, I don't want to leave this life behind. bleh.

I took the Spanish final today.
Honestly, I like my Spanish teacher. The stupidheads who somehow ooze into A FRUCKING HONORS CLASS make her out to be a bitch. That class becomes unbearable because of them, not her. Buttt, she likes me, so I'm sure there is some bias there.

My favorite class: English 11 AP

Pressure pee.

Today I was under some pressure.
I had an interview, and a somewhat large presentation.
Also, I am rather ill.

You know when you get nervous and you feel like you have to pee, even though you don't? Well that is how I felt all day. I shall dub this feeling "pressure pee".

But I am so glad that all of this buuushhhiiiii is over. uhhhh
Now that most of my projects are over, I have to take care of:

Dumpush Final (BWAHAHAHAHA)
Spanish Final
Spanish Oral Book Report
Bio Final
Last GC
CareerEssay
SAT 2 math and english

So0o today, I recieved the presidential Care Bear ELO folder as your new reigning dictator. Weep with envy!

Today, a dog was hit by a car outside my house. It survived though.

Smells like summer! This was taken yesturday at 7:58 PM. Pacific Standard Time.

Animals are our friend.

My dear grandmother returned from San Francisco a few minutes ago.
She brought back some gifts from the sea.

IMG_0009

I know that from my previous rant, it might seem like my parents are against me being vegetarian. They are actually very supportive.
But, I still get nauseous when I see them eating meat.
My grandmother is a sweet old lady, but still is one of the voracious carnivores in my family.
I literally went blind for a second when I opened this plastic bag she brought.
Apparently, tourists were uprooting abalones, clams, and the like from their homes.
I don't even know how long these things have been alive. I live in San Bernardino County. She just got home from San Francisco.

I'm still in vertigo right now...

Prom 2009

Yesturday was prom, and I went with my senior friends to say goodbye.
It was pretty fun. We got ourselves a big ol' pary bus.
IMG_0014

These guys are over 18. If we had gotten drunk and killed hookers, they would have gone to jail.
IMG_0007

We went to Romano's Macaroni Grill. Pretty good food. Also they put down paper over the table and we went crazy with the crayons.
IMG_0025
IMG_0032

The actual prom was at the Ocean Institute of Dana Point. People made kind of a mess haha. The theme was A Night at Moulin Rouge. Yup yup.
The ocean institute part was pretty cool. They had some exhibits out.

I'm not much of a dancer. It was pretty strange for me on the floor. Not bad, just a bit strange. Haha I had a good time.

It was a pretty fun night. I had a good time.

Fireflies

Blue air faded to darkness
As the sun hid behind the mountains.
But I could still see your face
Because there were fireflies.
I looked into your eyes and saw
A perfect world with you and me.
The river rocked our boat
To the frogs’ simple melody.
The warm breeze wafted over
And carried the smell of leaves.
The stars twinkled, quietly
Whispering of our world out of reach.
The trees were silhouetted solemnly
Across the deep azure plains.
And I could hear your breath
And my name clung to your lips.
I held you in my arms, and we kissed.
Your eyes closed in rest, but I still see our world.
We could drift forever, forever in this moment.
We would never stop, and I don’t care
Because there were fireflies.

Finally mother frackin AP testicles have shriveled up and fallen off.
No more AP babies no more!

I think I passed. I was surprisingly focused on the essays.
Now I just have some homework to slog through. Oh joy.

I saw Little Miss Sunshine. Very nice.
Haha would you say the trip was worth it for them?
I would. Sorta.

Well off to homework again.

Fucking Meat!

*I'm about to rant. Brace yourselves*

I'm a damn vegetarian. I don't eat the following:
Animals.

"So what to you eat then?"
Uhh gee I don't know. Being the first one ever, I don't even know if this lifestyle is possible.
I eat fucking plants. Shit.

So today I had some chicken broth.
According to my family, it is not meat. You can boil dead animals in water. But if you have the decency to pull the carnage out, it's all good.

I can't argue with them about this anymore.

When I say "I don't want to eat that", my parents see just some stupid kid who up and quit meat for a temporary fad. They think that it's okay to make loopholes like feeding me broth and shit because I don't know what I'm doing. Because I really want to cheat myself out of this.

I truly have a problem with meat. I honestly get nauseous when I see people eating meat. But unlike many people, I know enough not to give everyone crap for not thinking the same way I do.

I have been off of meat for some time, so I guess I'm not used to it anymore. I really feel sick when I eat meat. So I don't feel that great right now.

Whatever. Not like it matters right?
Here is one of the many videos that are partly responsible for making me the idiot I am today.

I love frogs. It truly escapes me how people are able to do things like this.

I'm too lazy.

In fact, since the whole AP scare, which was only two weeks ago, I gained five pounds. This is kind of a big deal because I haven't gained weight since the start of last year's band camp. hmm

Today I got nothing done.
Well I wrote a poem I might submit for the school paper.
Notorious!

But I have been in this chair almost all day.
That's how you get a blood clot.

After Wednesday I'm going to start running.

Anyways I wrote a poem about a place in my mind. I'll post it after the paper publishes (or rejects) it.
At first I wanted to do a social commentary. I started a story about aliens that were going to blow up the planet. hyonk hyonk

I like cats. Do you like cats? I really like cats. They are pretty funny. Enjoy!

Rebirth

must be scary. I mean being aware of your own birth has got to be pretty traumatizing enough.
Anyways I open with that image because I forgot I had a blogspot. I've had this page since April 2007.

It is beginning to get very warm and unpleasant.
I took the Calc AP test several days ago, and I will take the English 11 one soon.
I can't say I care for College Board's method of judging us.

According to Wikipedia (haha), College Board was founded by the government to promote education in response to losing the space race during the Cold War. Sputnik.
